About ESSEBE.

Founded by former racing driver Sergio Belenguer, ESSEBE born with the purpose to give drivers what he never had.

Today, we operate globally across consulting, communication, image management, brand strategy and digital presence, creating highly tailored solutions for drivers and riders at every stage of their careers.

We don’t manage from a distance. We become part of the journey. Working closely with each athlete, we build distinctive identities, elevate their presence and create lasting value around their career.

04Services

One team. One direction. Everything around the driver.

Five areas connected around every racing project.

We turn a driver's career into a story worth following. From press office and editorial communication to race announcements, results, interviews and media training, we build a consistent narrative around every stage of the driver's journey.

  • Editorial / news
  • Interviews
  • Media training
  • Communication strategy

We build the digital home of the racing project and connect every channel around it. Website, results, calendar, news, partners, social media and content work as one digital presence — consistent, active and built around the driver's identity.

We build the identity that makes a driver recognisable before their name is even read. Positioning, visual identity and creative direction are developed as one system, creating the tools the driver needs to present themselves at the level of the brands they want to work with.

  • Brand positioning
  • Visual identity
  • Art direction
  • Graphic system
  • Typography & assets
  • Partner presentations
  • Sponsor decks
  • Media kits
  • Commercial assets

We create the content and experiences that bring the driver's world to life. Photographers, filmmakers, designers and creatives work under one direction to produce sport, lifestyle and commercial content around the driver and every race weekend.

Our internal operating system. Every project runs on it: season calendar, race weekends, deliverables, content, approvals, documents, reporting and next actions — all in one place. The driver and the family follow the project in real time: news, results, materials and decisions, with full visibility of what is being done and what comes next.
